About the role We are seeking skilled Technicians and Installers, either from the industry or mechanically inclined, e.g., with experience in a mechanical workshop. Excellent communication skills are essential as customer service is as important as technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities Attend multiple client sites daily for repairs and maintenance of garage doors, openers, or Security Gates (please specify your preference in your application) Engage with customers, explaining processes and assistance provided Use technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve issues Build rapport with customers to foster future business opportunities Deliver quality service, including cleanup after completion Skills & Experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Mechanically minded, comfortable troubleshooting, measuring, quoting, and working with tools Good presentation skills (uniform provided) Power tool experience Ability to work independently after initial training Culture We value passionate, talented individuals.
