Job Overview
This Staff Accountant I position is responsible for providing financial support to our organization. You will work closely with the Financial Accounting Manager to ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare bank reconciliations and detailed account analysis.
* Assist with maintenance of General Ledger system and reports.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming practices and maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field, with one to three years of similar accounting experience.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of hotel casino operations and basic mathematical skills are highly desirable.
