We are seeking an experienced art curator to manage exhibitions and lead tours at our boutique hotel in Hobart. The role involves showcasing local contemporary art and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in fine or visual arts, a strong understanding of Tasmanian art and culture, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing art exhibitions
* Leading guided tours and providing art talks
* Collaborating with artists, designers and other stakeholders
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or Visual Arts
* Strong knowledge of Tasmanian contemporary art and culture
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
