Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to assist individuals living with disability in achieving sustainable employment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high levels of customer service in complex stakeholder environments, as well as effective intervention strategies to ensure successful outcomes for customers.
This full-time role involves supporting customers in the workplace, identifying and implementing person-centred strategies to assist them to remain employed, and liaising with various stakeholders to address areas where further support is required.
The successful candidate will also have experience working one-to-one with people with disability, injury or health condition, and knowledge of Disability Employment Services.

About the Role
This role is available across Glenorchy and New Norfolk sites and requires the ability to work outside of business hours on occasion.
