About the Role
We are seeking an
organised, reliable, honest, forward-thinking, multi-tasking superstar
to join our amazing admin team Our reception and admin team are the first point of contact for our families. They play a vital role in providing a warm welcome and being a reliable source of information about our services.
You will work in a
reception/administration position
within a team of administrators, supporting our therapists in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Meeting and greeting families
* Answer phones and manage messages professionally
* Greet families and provide compassionate support
* Liaise with GPs, health professionals, and their staff
* Manage appointments and process invoices and payments (cash, EFTPOS, HICAPS, Medicare)
* Manage banking and reconcile payments
* Handle incoming/outgoing mail, scanning, faxing, shredding, and document preparation
* Maintain accurate client records and upload documents
* Assist therapists with resource preparation (e.g., laminating)
* Manage calendars to optimise therapist schedules
* Monitor and order office and therapy supplies
Skills & Experience
Essential Criteria:
* Allied Health Administration/Reception experience
* Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Excel
* First Aid Certificate, WWC Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable:
* Power Diary (or similar calendar management) experience
* Completion of a Medical Reception course
