This highly regarded agency is seeking a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to join its established team in Brisbane's inner north.

Manage a clean and quality portfolio of 120 properties with robust administration and leasing support, or step into a more senior position overseeing 160 properties alongside a dedicated Assistant Property Manager, giving you a greater focus on portfolio relationship relationships.

With no leasing or trust accounting responsibilities, this is an opportunity to focus on what you do best while working within a stable, professional environment that genuinely values quality property management.

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience as a Property Manager
• Current Real Estate Certificate and Driving License
• Team Focused - Friendly and willing to help others
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
• Strong with property management procedures and legislation
• Experience managing high net worth landlords / high end properties (preferred but not essential)
