You will work as part of a collaborative, close-knit team led by highly regarded partners Timothy Webb, John Collins and other experienced senior practitioners. In this role, you will primarily focus on intellectual property disputes, with a particular focus on trade marks, copyright and designs. You will also support on general commercial litigation matters from time to time. This is an excellent opportunity to refine your specialist skills in intellectual property, whilst building your brand alongside experienced and well respected industry experts. You will also play a role in developing and mentoring junior lawyers and graduates, helping to shape the future of the practice. Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have: A minimum of 5 years' post-admission experience, with demonstrated time spent in a Senior Associate capacity in a leading commercial law firm. Well-developed litigation and dispute resolution experience, with a focus on intellectual property disputes. A sound knowledge of trade mark law and practice. Excellent academic record. The ability to drive matters forward with initiative, efficiently managing both up and down. A positive, team player attitude with a desire to collaborate with others. What Can We Offer?
