Integral Electrical & Air-Conditioning is seeking a skilled electrician to join our growing residential team. This role is ideal for an electrician who takes pride in clean workmanship, professionalism, and doing jobs properly the first time.
Air-conditioning experience is highly regarded, as much of our work involves split-system installations, servicing, and maintenance. However, it is not essential. Electricians with a strong residential background and the right attitude will be fully supported with training and mentoring to develop their air-conditioning skillset over time.
We specialise in high-quality residential electrical and air-conditioning work, with a strong reputation for reliability, presentation, and long-term client relationships.
This is a long-term role within a business that values autonomy, trust, and quality, not rushed volume work, commercial construction, or FIFO.
The Role
– Residential electrical maintenance, installations, and upgrades
– Fault-finding and diagnostics across electrical systems
– Split-system air-conditioning installations and servicing (training provided if required)
– Preventative maintenance and system improvements
– Full ownership of jobs from start to finish
– Mentoring and guiding apprentices
– Working in real homes with repeat clients and organised scheduling

About You
– Qualified Electrical Fitter Mechanic
– Current electrical licence, driver's licence, and CPR/LVR
– Strong residential experience preferred
– Air-conditioning experience highly regarded but not essential
– Willingness to learn and expand skillset
– Professional presentation and tidy workmanship
– Confident working independently and leading on site
Electricians with interest in developing air-conditioning skills or progressing toward dual-trade capability will be fully supported and mentored within the business.
