Role & Duties
* Oversee a well-maintained, varied portfolio made up of mixed-use assets
* Attend and host AGMs and strata meetings
* Liaise with owners, councils, and contractors
* Oversee maintenance and repair works
* Ensure adherence to WA Strata Titles legislation
About You
* You're a confident strata professional with more than three years' hands on experience, independently overseeing a portfolio and leading AGM meetings.
