Senior Cloud Infrastructure Specialist
Our federal government client is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to support the ongoing development, security, and optimisation of cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud environments, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud infrastructure solutions across Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure platforms.
* Monitor, manage, and optimise cloud environments to ensure performance, availability, and compliance with relevant security and regulatory standards.
* Implement and maintain robust security measures, contributing to a secure and resilient cloud posture aligned with government frameworks.
* Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support, including advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex cloud and infrastructure issues.
* Deliver strategic advice and contribute to the development of cloud architecture roadmaps that support organisational goals for security, stability, and simplicity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proficiency in cloud platforms/products such as M365, Intune, Purview, and Azure.
* Experience in implementing security measures and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.
* Ability to provide architectural guidance and recommendations.
* Experience in providing level 2 and 3 support, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
* Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and security.
* Experience with automation tools and monitoring systems.
