About the Role
As a leading provider of disability employment services, we are seeking an experienced Employment Consultant to support participants (job seekers) in transforming their lives by identifying and securing employment opportunities with local employers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers.
* Support participants to identify skills and become job ready.
* Deliver quality service whilst adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements.
* Enhance participants' employability through training and support service referrals.
* Develop personalised job plans for clear employment pathways.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups.
Requirements
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
* A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
* A MyID (Standard level).
* Willingness to complete a National Police Check.
* Able to pass a Working with Children Check.
* Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
