Our construction work includesacting for principals, builders, contractors, consultants,subcontractors and suppliers with a focus on resolution ofdisputes.
We also advise on procurement and contract negotiation.
Our insolvency work includes acting for liquidators and trusteesincluding recovery proceedings, advice work and publicexaminations.This role is suitable for candidates wishing to work either fulltime or part time, and flexible working arrangements are offered.
