As Manager, Onboarding Experience and Learning, you'll design and deliver impactful learning experiences that align with strategic priorities and industry trends. You'll lead the development of scalable frameworks and job-ready programs that support career pathways and foster a culture of continuous learning.
What You'll Do
* Lead the design and implementation of onboarding and core learning solutions aligned with strategic priorities
* Develop scalable frameworks that support job-ready capability across career pathways
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions from onboarding to ongoing development
* Ensure governance and compliance with training standards and regulatory requirements
* Evaluate learning effectiveness using performance and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement
* Partner across teams to align learning with broader workforce strategy and transformation initiatives
What You'll Bring
* Experience in Learning & Development, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles
* Advanced capability in learning experience design and instructional methodologies
* Strong stakeholder engagement and consultative skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate
* Business acumen and understanding of customer service and insurance industry dynamics
* Familiarity with LMS platforms and eLearning tools such as Lectora or Captivate (desired)
* Qualifications in Training & Assessment or Adult Learning (desired)
