**About the Role**:
The position of Manager Sustainability and Climate change forms part of our overall Management team, and provides the opportunity to lead the development and implementation of the City's sustainability agenda and climate action plan, policies, and initiatives in alignment with intergenerational equity principles, the Strategic Community Plan, Corporate Business Plan and Business Management System.
**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will hold degree level qualifications in engineering, science, or technology with additional qualification in business, management, policy research, or an equivalent area of endeavour relevant to the role.
You have demonstrated experience in successfully promoting sustainability, climate action, and/or improvement programs and initiatives throughout an organisation, and leading a team.
You have extensive experience in developing, evaluating, implementing and reviewing sustainability and climate action strategies, initiatives and programs, including education, awareness raising and community engagement.
