As a key player in residential construction, we are seeking an experienced Sales Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in accurately determining and calculating estimates for new quote requests.
The Sales Estimator will report to the Sales Estimating Manager and focus on retail pricing on Quotations, Variations & Consolidated Tenders for customer projects. They will collaborate with the sales team to generate quotes by applying design, construction and customer considerations.
The ideal candidate will have experience with residential estimating or a related field and possess a formal qualification in building or a trade certificate. They should also have sound knowledge of Australian Construction Standards and relevant standards.

About You
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating site costs, completing sales tenders and appraising external reports to assist costing. They will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Complete accurate retail pricing on Quotations, Variations & Consolidated Tenders for customer projects
2. Collaborate with the sales team to generate quotes by applying design, construction and customer considerations
3. Generate site costs including cut / fill operations and dropped edge beam and / or dropped garage calculations
4. Complete sales tenders on registered and unregistered land using site inspection photos, reports, satellite photos, and street view
5. Read and interpret construction plans
6. Create pre-contract variation pricing and prepare scope of works in a timely manner
7. Appraise external reports to assist costing
8. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
