The Role:
* Provide respectful and inclusive pastoral care to residents of our aged care home.
* Manage and respond to Allied Health referrals for pastoral care provision.
* Assess and respond pastorally to resident needs.
* Implement individualised, culturally sensitive care plans for all residents.
About You:
* CPE or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 1 CPE unit and eligibility for membership of Spiritual Care Australia.
* Prior experience as a professional pastoral care practitioner in an allied health role or equivalent field.
* Strong interpersonal skills to develop effective working relationships with site staff, residents, and their families.
