About the role
The Developer translates business needs into well‐architected solutions, leveraging platform capabilities. They follow product development methods to estimate and deliver customer products supporting the strategic visions of TAC and WorkSafe. As part of the Technology Operations Team, the squad member is responsible for delivering features, resolving defects, vulnerabilities, and technical debt prioritized by Product Owners. The developer builds new features with a strong focus on UX, functional quality, and non‐functional performance.
The function includes engineering, QA, and security of products to ensure services meet SLAs, Enterprise Architecture and release cycles. Contemporary methods and tools are used to implement product changes aligned with business expectations and industry standards.

This role sits within the Infrastructure LCM team reporting to the Senior Manager. You will join a collaborative, agile and cross‐functional team contributing to the organization's strategic priorities in a cost‐effective way that optimizes client outcomes, employee experience and positive community impact.
What we're looking for
Experience with development processes, including:
* Unit Test Classes
* Batch Processes
* Deployments
* CI/CD pipeline / source control management
Digital Back‐End Development experience in one or more of the following:
* Acquia Platform
* Drupal
* Apache Solr
* JSON API
* Composer
* Drush
Demonstrated capability to collaborate productively within a team environment. Consistently contribute to positive team outcomes while fostering strong cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
