Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements and processes.
* Conduct current and future state assessments, identify gaps, and support the development of business cases.
* Facilitate workshops and translate business needs into actionable outcomes.
* Analyze the impact of changes and provide implementation support.
* Monitor and measure business outcomes and benefits.
* Support both agile and waterfall delivery methods.
* Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
