About the Role
Reporting to the Business Manager, you'll lead commercial, clinical, and technical activities for a growing urodynamics portfolio across NSW.
Most of your time will be spent in outpatient urology and continence clinics, partnering with urologists, urogynecologists, continence nurses, physiotherapists, and practice managers to drive adoption, deliver training, and support smooth clinical workflows.

Key responsibilities include:
* Driving sales growth through structured territory planning, prospecting, and account management
* Conducting product demonstrations, evaluations, and workflow assessments
* Supporting installations, basic configuration, and first-line troubleshooting alongside local technical teams
* Delivering engaging clinical education for clinic staff
* Executing capital sales strategies while promoting consumables within existing accounts
* Building strong customer relationships across hospitals, private practices, and major outpatient centres
About you:
You'll excel here if you:
* Have proven medical device or healthcare sales experience with a structured, disciplined approach
* Thrive in clinic-based environments and enjoy building long-term customer partnerships
* Learn technical systems quickly and can translate product features into clinical and workflow value
* Communicate confidently with clinicians at all levels
* Are proactive, organised, and motivated by both commercial targets and clinical impact
* Clinical or nursing experience in urology/continence is beneficial but not essential.
