We're seeking an organised and confident Operations Supervisor to support daily branch operations. You'll lead staff, manage resources, and ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.
About the Role
* Lead operational staff and ensure adherence to procedures
* Manage fleet, warehouse and labour to meet customer needs efficiently
* Coordinate deliveries, collections and services for maximum productivity
* Handle general admin, incoming enquiries and daily operational issues
* Monitor safety, report equipment faults and maintain a safe workplace
* Review labour productivity, verify timesheets and contractor invoices
* Assist with customer service issues and job paperwork quality
About You
* Strong organisational and planning skills
* Professional, reliable and team-focused
* Excellent communication and customer service
* Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly
* Strong time management and attention to detail
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
* Previous experience in a logistics environment
* A proven track record of overachievement in planning and scheduling
