In this role, you will provide a full suite of financial services to a diverse client base across the PSUs and DVC portfolios. You will invest time in developing a strong, holistic understanding of your client groups to proactively deliver operational financial management, advice, analysis, reporting, and tailored solutions. Utilising your highly developed partnering skills, you will be providing expert assistance and guidance in relation to all the financial affairs and resources within client portfolio Your key responsibilities will be to: partner with key leaders to develop annual client plans, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure alignment with portfolio priorities provide complex analysis to draw insights and provide decision-making support for strategic or operational decision making support the development of portfolio activities/budgets and undertake advanced accounting and management reporting using a variety of financial and non-financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) deliver operational financial management activities to ensure integrity of accounts and finances contribute to continuous improvement and new initiatives within both wider Financial Services and across Faculties and Schools, maintain and champion compliance with Procurement and Finance policies and procedures. About you membership of CPA Australia or the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia or equivalent (or currently in the process of acquiring membership/qualification) experience working as a Finance Manager/Finance Business Partner within a large and complex organisation proven ability to provide operational financial insights, sound financial management, decision support, advice and analysis to a varied client group, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail extensive experience in building complex financial reporting and analysis, budget/forecast preparation and analysis, KPI reporting and ad-hoc analysis, proactive engagement with key stakeholders in the client portfolio verbal and written communication skills, with experience handling a wide range of enquiries experience using PowerBI and Advanced Excel skills.
