Job Description
* Media Strategy Development: Develop media plans that meet client marketing objectives and KPIs.
* Research and Analysis: Conduct research to understand the target audience and buyer behaviours to ensure optimal media slot purchases.
* Negotiation and Buying: Negotiate and buy media space across traditional and digital channels.
* Campaign Optimisation: Analyse media performance and optimise campaigns in real-time.
* Clients and Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with clients, media vendors, and platforms.
The Successful Applicant
* Media Expertise: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Media, specifically on the agency side.
* Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of media metrics, platforms, and industry tools (e.g., Spectra, Microsoft Office Suite, Meta Business Suite).
* Communication Skills: Confident communicator with solid presentation and negotiation skills.
* Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a knack for numbers.
* Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
