Our reputation for excellence and client care has driven significant growth—and we are now seeking a Wills & Estates Solicitor to join our expanding team at our Gosford office.
About the Role
You will work alongside three highly experienced solicitors in our dedicated Wills & Estates team, focusing on:
* Estate planning
* Asset protection and structuring
* Estate administration
* Family provision claims
* Estate litigation
The work is varied, dynamic, and intellectually rewarding, offering exposure to a diverse client base and challenging legal issues.
About You
We are looking for a solicitor who is:
* A holder of a current NSW practising certificate
* Experienced—2+ years post-admission (PAE)
* Skilled in, or enthusiastic to learn, succession law
* Professional and empathetic with strong communication skills
* Organised with strong file and time management
* Team-oriented, yet able to work independently
* Committed to building a strong professional presence in the legal and business community
