 * Support Young People aged 16-24 by providing them with safe and secure emergency accommodation and support through an Advantage Thinking model of practice.
 * Provide holistic case management support to young people entering the service.
 * Ensure young people have information and assistance in obtaining alternative secure and affordable accommodation.
 * Awareness of options available to them including family reconciliation, education, training and employment.
 * This role requires the suitable applicant to work days/nights/weekends and public holidays with additional hours available.

 * The candidate should possess a deep understanding of the challenges faced by young people. Empathy is crucial for building rapport, providing effective support, and advocating for their needs.
 * Effective communication is essential for building relationships with young people. The candidate should be able to communicate clearly, actively listen, and adapt their communication style to different individuals and situations.
 * Can you empower and encourage young people to address areas of personal difficulty and consider options to encourage young people to achieve their dreams and aspirations?
 * Are you committed to building a positive workplace culture with a focus on team dynamics?
 * Valid Victorian Driver's Licence |Working with Children Check |Police Check
 * Minimum of Diploma in Community Services and experience appropriate to the field (refer to Position Description).
