About the Role
As our Diamond / Sales Consultant, you will be offering top-tier service and creating a warm, memorable experience for every customer. Whether it’s an engagement ring, anniversary gift, or “just because” moment, you’ll be helping customers mark milestones in style.
Key Responsibilities
* Guide clients through their jewellery journey with expertise, care, and genuine enthusiasm
* Assist with custom designs and bespoke orders in our private diamond room
* Maintain a beautiful showroom presentation
* Book in customer repairs
* Contribute to a positive team culture and deliver a luxury-level experience
What We’re Looking For
* Retail/customer service experience (jewellery experience is a plus)
* Strong communication and people skills
* A genuine passion for fine jewellery
* Attention to detail and pride in presentation
* Reliable and flexible with availability (including weekends)
* Eagerness to learn and contribute to a supportive, high-performing team
