Wurli-Wurlinjang Health Service is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation delivering primary and clinical health care services to the Aboriginal people in Katherine and surrounding communities. Wurli prides itself on providing a range of health and wellbeing services in a welcoming and comfortable manner. Services include acute and general care, chronic disease management, women's and children's health, men's health, alcohol and other drugs, social and emotional wellbeing, and client support services.


Position Overview: Clinic Coordinator


The Clinic Coordinator is responsible for delivering high-quality primary and acute care clinical programs to Wurli clients, while meeting and enhancing clinical key performance indicators. The role involves coordinating client service delivery in accordance with Wurli policies, procedures, and the CARPA standard treatment manual, as well as applicable legislation and regulations. The coordinator will supervise other RAHPs and RNs, ensuring their daily duties are planned and supervised effectively. Additionally, the role includes conducting quality assurance checks and audits to meet standards set by AGPAL, preparing reports, and managing resources within budget guidelines.

* A current resume or CV
* A cover letter outlining your ability to meet the key role requirements, including qualifications, experience, and competencies
* Certificate IV in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care or Bachelor of Nursing
* Registration as an ATSI Primary Health Practitioner or Nurse with AHPRA
* National Police Records Check and Working with Children's Clearance
* Current Northern Territory Driver's License
