Key Responsibilities:

* Lead financial reporting including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and reconciliations
* Maintain and optimise finance systems
* Drive continuous process improvement and transaction efficiency
* Oversee compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations
* Coordinate the annual audit and statutory accounts preparation
* Lead and support payroll and accounting staff
* Partner with internal stakeholders to support their financial literacy and accountability

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will hold a CA/CPA qualification, have strong technical accounting experience, and possess excellent team leadership and collaboration skills.
">
A strong understanding of NFP financial compliance is essential, as well as proficiency in Excel and financial systems.

The ideal candidate will also have sound knowledge of payroll processes and analytical, organised, and solutions-focused skills.
