Hillview State School is seeking a Cleaner to join the team. This role offers 4 hours of work per day (plus additional duties as required), with a daily start time of either 6:00 am or 1:30 pm, to be negotiated with the management team. It provides an important opportunity to support the cleanliness and smooth operation of the school.
This position is offered in a Temporary Part‑Time capacity (0.52 FTE), 39.5 hours per fortnight.

About the Role
As the Cleaner, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Cleaning windows, pictures, doorknobs, taps, sinks, drinking fountains, lavatory basins, glassware, glass doors and cupboards.
* Cleaning and sanitising toilet facilities and sick bays.
* Cleaning and maintaining equipment.
* Cobweb and mildew control, utilising extendable equipment as necessary.
You will play an essential role in keeping our school looking its best for our students, staff, and community.
The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, able to work independently, and brings a proactive, energetic attitude to the job.
