About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and customer‐focused Administration & Customer Service Officer to join our busy Karratha branch. This is a hands‐on, front‐of‐house role with a strong focus on face‐to‐face customer service, parcel handling, and administrative support.
Our branch experiences a high volume of daily customer interaction, so this position suits someone who enjoys working in a fast‐paced environment and takes pride in providing consistent, professional service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage high‐volume incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries
* Provide a hands‐on, customer‐facing approach to parcel collections and counter service
* Assist management and staff with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and reporting
* Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, issue resolution, and service follow‐up
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
* Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across internal systems
Skills and Experience
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and work efficiently in a fast‐paced environment
* Strong customer service skills with confidence engaging face‐to‐face and over the phone
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated problem‐solving ability and sound judgement in day‐to‐day situations
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives
