Responsibilities
We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client’s Osborne Park office. In this role, you will be the backbone of the office, supporting a small, close-knit team and ensuring day to day operations run smoothly. You’ll act as the first point of contact for phone calls, manage paperwork and records, and provide vital support to project managers and team members to keep projects on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- File and organise paperwork, maintaining digital and physical records.
- Print, retrieve, and organise floor plans and job documentation.
- Assist with scheduling, internal communication, and task follow up.
- Manage basic office supplies and ensure workspace is tidy and organised.
- Provide general administrative support to project managers and other team members.
- Support ad hoc office tasks to keep operations efficient.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate for the Administrative Assistant position will have a background in office administration or a related support role, with a passion for keeping operations organised and running smoothly.
- Essential: 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support position, demonstrating proficiency in filing, data entry, and managing day to day office tasks.
- Ideal: Experience using Microsoft Office and standard office equipment, with the ability to learn internal systems and processes.
- Desired Attributes: A proactive and collaborative team player with a professional phone manner and exceptional organisational skills. High attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently are crucial for success in this role.
