We’re seeking a reliable and detail-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working within clear processes, values structure and takes pride in delivering accurate and professional customer support.

About the role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will handle customer enquiries and requests in line with established procedures and internal guidelines.

This is a structured role with clear expectations and defined workflows. It suits someone who enjoys routine, works carefully, and feels confident operating within set processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Responding to customer enquiries via email

* Processing customer requests accurately and efficiently

* Following documented procedures and internal guidelines

* Escalating matters appropriately where required

* Maintaining accurate records and system notes

* Contributing positively to team performance and culture

About you!

You will be able to demonstrate:

* Some experience in customer service, helpdesk or a support environment

* Being comfortable following established processes and guidelines

* Your strong attention to detail and that you take accuracy seriously

* Confidence in handling customer enquiries in a calm and professional manner

* That you value consistency, reliability and teamwork

* A willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment, supporting others and fostering a positive culture.

* A positive, professional attitude and team spirit

Experience in financial services or fintech is helpful but not essential.
