Our gorgeous Nido Early School Hillarys is seeking a Family Advocate who is expert in making the ordinary exceptional. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.
This critical role provides administration and leadership support within the service, ensuring exceptional customer service and a warm Nido welcome to all families. You will lean on your organisational expertise and time management skills, in contributing to the effective operation of the service and leadership team. About The Service:

ABOUT YOU:
* Previous front administration experience is essential
* Work closely with the Curriculum Leader and Centre Director to deliver outstanding service
* Be confident in communicating with families face to face and over the phone
* Driven to providing an exceptional customer service experience
* A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
* Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
* Certificate or Diploma in Business - desirable
