We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Youth/Disability Worker to join our team at Aruma.
As a Youth/Disability Worker, you will play a crucial role in guiding and empowering young people with disabilities to thrive and reach their full potential.
You will be responsible for building meaningful connections with youth through mentorship and guidance, developing and implementing engaging programs that foster personal growth, and providing emotional support and a listening ear to help young people navigate challenges.

About You:
* Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care), or equivalent (click here to view more details) or working towards.
* Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements (as per role and/or State).
* Passionate about human rights and creating positive change.
* Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences.
* Excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others.
* Enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire.
