About the role We are seeking a Luxury Retail Assistant to provide outstanding customer service and support sales across a wide range of high-quality and designer products, including jewellery, watches, luxury bags and more. You'll build long-term customer relationships, work towards sales targets, and deliver win/win outcomes for customers. You'll also assist with product research and introduce customers to online options if the store does not have what they need.
