Key Responsibilities:
This is a supervisory role that requires regular site attendance and working at heights.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Supervising roofing works across the Cairns region.
* Ensuring quality, safety and compliance on all sites.
* Conducting site measures and QA inspections.
* Managing subcontractors and liaising with site managers.
* Resolving on-site issues efficiently.
* Supporting scheduling and completion processes.
* Performing hands-on repairs where required.
Essential Skills:
To be successful, you must have:
* Trade qualification as a Roof Plumber (essential).
* Strong knowledge of roofing installation and compliance.
* Supervisory or leadership experience.
* Excellent communication and client management skills.
* Strong safety focus.
* Physical capability to perform roofing inspections and site tasks.
* You must be comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights and operating in varied weather conditions.
