Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner
About the Role
This role is an integral part of our organisation, focusing on building collaborative partnerships with various directorates. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing consistent and timely advice, as well as developing manager capability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partnering with managers and directors to build their capacity, offering expert P&C advice and training throughout the employee lifecycle.
* Interpreting Enterprise Agreement provisions, drawing upon relevant industrial instruments, legislation, policies, and procedures to address manager and employee enquiries.
* Maintaining a positive workplace culture and staff experience through coaching, mental health first aid, family violence workplace support, alternative dispute resolution methodologies, and wellbeing initiatives.
About You
You will be an experienced Human Resources generalist, with demonstrated expertise in internal consulting and partnering in the provision of strategic and tactical day-to-day HRM advice. A strong focus on maintaining an exceptional employee experience is essential, along with a commitment to our values of Courage, Passion, Discovery, and Respect.
* Delivering innovative solutions-focused strategic HRM initiatives.
* Influencing culture through the provision of advice and coaching, including formulating and delivering culture-shift strategies to strengthen required positive behaviours.
* Employee Relations, particularly in building performance, coaching leaders, case managing underperformance and disciplinary matters, resolving disputes, alternative dispute resolution, and conducting investigations.
* Industrial relations and experience working with complex enterprise agreements.
* An environment of high-volume queries, navigating and resolving complex people matters, and supporting multiple stakeholders.
