About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and proactive End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to join our team across Polaris and Toowoomba, Queensland. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 2/3 support for end-user devices, applications, and systemsManage and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipmentDeploy, configure, and troubleshoot Windows environments and enterprise applicationsSupport Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management toolsHandle incidents, service requests, and escalations within SLA timelinesPerform system upgrades, patching, and software deploymentsCollaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure system integrityMaintain documentation and contribute to process improvements
Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience as an EUC Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, or similar roleStrong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 suiteExperience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user administrationFamiliarity with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, or similar)Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN)Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred QualificationsIT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL)Experience in enterprise or managed services environmentsKnowledge of security best practices and endpoint protection tools
