We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to fill the role of Office Support Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including answering incoming calls, meeting and greeting visitors, and managing large volumes of documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for incoming calls
* Meet and greet visitors
* Provide support to recruitment team
* Maintain a high level of customer service
* Manage large volumes of documentation
* Enter data and update our cloud-based software
Requirements:

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

* Able to work autonomously
* Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills

Working Hours:
Day shift, Monday to Friday, no weekends
Salary: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
