The Role:
As part of the professional audiologists' team at Audika, you will work independently providing services HSP, DVA, private and insurance clients. This includes performing hearing assessments, prescription, fitting and consulting. You will have access to the latest hearing aid technology via various manufacturers to give you tremendous job satisfaction and greater client outcomes.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive adult hearing services, including wax removal (training provided if required) for a diverse clientele including HSP, DVA, private, and insurance clients.
* Perform precise and insightful hearing assessments, ensuring accurate diagnostics.
* Prescribe suitable hearing aids and skillfully fit them, personalized to individual needs.
* Participate in local area marketing events to raise awareness and promote our top‑tier hearing services.
You will be successful in this role if you are:
* Experienced Audiologist/Audiometrist with a wealth of experience in audiology and familiarity with hearing device products.
* Qualified Professional (QP) with membership in a recognized audiological peak body.
* Committed to the growth and dissemination of hearing health knowledge.
* Proven commercial acumen, with a track record of meeting and surpassing KPIs.
* Empathetic communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
