This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role where you'll manage your own caseload, build strong relationships with clients and communities, and deliver therapy that is outcomes-focused and truly valued.

The Role:
* As part of our experienced multidisciplinary team, you will:
* Join a high-performing team of Occupational Therapists
* Travel across the Northern Territory supporting rural and regional communities
* Deliver assessments and therapy services to clients who genuinely need access to care
* Work collaboratively alongside Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, and other allied health professionals
* Enjoy structured outreach travel with no last‐minute scheduling
* Be supported by an experienced OT Team Leader who champions your growth and wellbeing
Your Work Week:
We believe great clinicians need balance.
Enjoy a structured 4‐day work week:
* Fridays off every week
* Mondays are dedicated "Ground Days" for admin, planning, collaboration, PD, and team connection
* Work from home or from the office on Ground Days
* 3 outreach days per week focused on quality care, not rushed appointments
* Overnight travel required (maximum 2 nights per week)

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Qualifications in Occupational Therapy
* Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
* Applicants eligible through Mutual Recognition pathways encouraged to apply
* A willingness to travel and undertake overnight stays
* A current full driver's licence
