Project Planning Manager
Civmec is an Australian heavy engineering and construction services provider. We are seeking experienced Project Planning Managers to join our team in Western Australia.
The Role
As a senior project planning professional, you will oversee and manage Civil and SMP works in construction projects. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing effective project strategies for optimal resource utilisation.
* Creating timely shutdown plans to minimise disruptions.
* Maintaining accurate records of schedules and change management.
* Collaborating with the management team for forecasting scheduled and shutdown works.
* Liaising with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives and planning workshops.
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
* A minimum 5 years' experience in a similar environment.
* Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project software.
* A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office suite.
* OHS White Card certification.
