Qualifications
* Qualified automotive mechanic passionate about suspension, 4WDs and vehicle performance.
* In the final year of a Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology apprenticeship or completing a second year apprenticeship, ready to advance your career in the auto industry.
* Wealth of pride in presentation; self‑motivated, solutions‑focused, and passionate about delivering high‑quality service.
* Strong communication skills with team members.
* Thrive on learning, tackling technical challenges, and staying ahead of automotive trends.

Responsibilities
* Perform advanced suspension work including 4x4 lift kits, GVM upgrades, brake upgrades, and performance lowering kits.
* Diagnose suspension, steering, and underbody issues and perform repairs and alignments to optimise vehicle performance and safety.
* Work hands‑on with our R&D teams, providing feedback and helping shape the next generation of suspension technology.
* Support our Fulcrum technicians and apprentices.
