The Company
We're currently partnering with a leading organisation seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide IT systems projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic, delivery-focused professional to join a high-performing PMO and play a key role in digital transformation initiatives.
The Position
As the Senior IT Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing complex IT projects from end to end, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory compliance, and effective stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organisation.
* Deliver multiple strategic IT system projects concurrently
* Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and resources
* Lead stakeholder engagement across business units, IT, and executive teams
* Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks and industry standards
* Manage vendor relationships and external delivery partners
* Drive project reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Support change management in collaboration with internal stakeholders
The Candidate
The successful applicant will have will possess the following skills:
* Proven track record in delivering complex IT projects in large or matrixed environments
* Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK, etc.)
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels
* Experience managing project budgets, business cases, and financial reporting
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
* Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
