Helping Hands Network Assistant Coordinator
at one of our services located in beautiful Central or South West Central Queensland

You'll work across split shifts to support our vibrant programs: Monday to Friday, 6:30-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 2:30-6:00pm (Stay and Play). It's an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, making a real difference in the lives of children
About the role
* Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
* Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
* Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
* Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration
Who We're Looking For
No formal experience? No problem We'll provide all the training you need. We're looking for someone who:
* Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact
* Communicates clearly and confidently
* Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role
* Has (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check
* Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
* Has Australian work rights
