About the Role
Ready to use your clinical experience in a fresh, rewarding way? This role offers an opportunity to step beyond the ward and contribute to the next generation of nurses in a hands-on teaching environment. As a valued member of our Nursing team, you'll help create safe, realistic practice spaces where students build confidence before stepping into industry.
From maintaining high-quality simulation labs to supporting educators with engaging scenarios, you'll play an essential role in shaping practical learning experiences that truly prepare students for real practice.
Some key responsibilities for this role include:
* Managing simulation and skills labs to ensure compliance, safety, and alignment with industry expectations
* Supporting teaching teams during practical sessions and lab-based assessments
* Providing technical and clinical guidance during simulation activities
* Monitoring inventory, maintaining equipment, and coordinating restocking and purchasing
* Building connections within the TAFE network to strengthen industry services and enhance learning practice

About You:
You enjoy sharing your knowledge and take pride in maintaining environments where learners feel supported. You're collaborative, calm under pressure, and thrive in settings where every day brings something new.
Additionally, you will have:
* Current experience as an Enrolled Nurse
* Familiarity with clinical environments such as acute care or aged care
* Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
* Confidence working with equipment, supplies, and simulation tools

Salary Range:
PACCT Level 4 - $68,392 - $74,345 per annum pro rata + Superannuation
