About the role
Work on a variety of high‐quality professional liability matters and gain hands‐on experience across the full lifecycle of matters, including:
* Managing professional indemnity claims and disputes.
* Drafting pleadings, advices, position papers and correspondence to clients/insurers.
* Preparing for mediations, conferences and hearings.
* Running files with appropriate supervision, with increasing autonomy as you progress.
The ideal candidate
* 2+ years PQE in professional liability, insurance litigation or broader disputes.
* Solid drafting skills and attention to detail.
* A practical, commercial approach and strong communication skills.
* The ability to manage competing deadlines and work collaboratively in a tight‐knit team.
