Customer Service & Documentation Coordinator - Global Logistics

Join a leading global logistics business and play a vital role supporting a busy team through their peak period.
This is a hands-on opportunity where you'll work with a mix of documentation and customer service, ensuring shipments move smoothly and efficiently.
We are open to both full-time and part-time availability; however, you must be able to work on both weekend days or at least one.
About the Role
Communicate with customers regarding clearance requirements and resolve discrepancies to ensure shipments are cleared successfully
Gather and check shipment information and documentation when existing data is insufficient
Validate and correct data to ensure records meet all regulatory standards
Coordinate and facilitate shipment inspections where required
Maintain regular contact with customers via phone, email, and other channels, supporting clearance queries
Handle documentation tasks and perform some manual handling duties
What We Are Looking For
Availability to work weekends (both days or at least one)
A proactive and detail-oriented approach
Strong communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams
Ability to manage both desk-based tasks and occasional manual handling
Capability to work well in a rapid-paced environment
