With this new opportunity, my client is seeking a driven and fresh thinking Area Manager to join their growing team, overseeing 15 of their stores in both WA and SA. You will be joining a region of energetic team members so you must have a hands on approach and always a can do attitude towards your teams, leading them to over achieve their targets. This is a chance to really motivate a region, drive sales and of course make sure all customer service experiences are met while growing your career within this leading retailer.
**Skills and experiences required**:
- Area Management or Multi Site experience within premium fashion and or accessories
- Proven track record as a dynamic leader with commercial awareness who will look for every opportunity to increase sales and grow the business
- Ability to drive a culture that emphasises team work and encouragement
- Visual Merchandising skills & ability to adapt to constant change
- Full P&L accountability & achieving results
- Mentor and develop teams to measure individual and team Key Performance Indicators and drive the teams to achieve service excellence
- Review business processes and recommend changes to improve the running of stores
- Experiences of awareness of customer demographics to allow stores to effectively compete in the local retail market
- Responsible for recruitment, training and development of the store management team
- Ability to deliver stock process and high stock file integrity to ensure availability and minimise loss
- Sales driven and hungry for success attitude with a goal to progress within a company
