About the Role
As the Real Estate Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and compliance across our real estate division. Reporting to the General Manager – Real Estate, you will oversee compliance, legislation, CPD tracking, onboarding, and support the growth and alignment of real estate services nationally.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead compliance activities, including CPD, licences, regulations, and trust account adherence.
* Interpret and implement legislation relevant to Stock & Station Agents and Real Estate Agents.
* Support recruitment and onboarding of new agents.
* Coordinate professional development and training schedules.
* Provide operational input into budgeting and streamline systems for efficiency.
* Consult on marketing strategies and support brand awareness initiatives.
* Lead post‑sale review and macro-level reporting activities.
About You
* Current Certificate IV or Real Estate Licence in NSW (other states considered).
* Strong understanding of real estate legislation and compliance requirements.
* Demonstrated experience in operations within the property industry.
* Excellent communication, onboarding, and training skills.
* Highly organised, proactive, and solutions‑focused.
