Qualifications
- 12 years experience within Salesforce ecosystem.
- Enthusiasm towards continued learning and development.
- Robust customer-focused attitude with proven track record of responsive, effective communication, and the ability to empathise with and prioritise customer needs.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly explanations and solutions.
- Demonstrable strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, patience, and an understanding of how their role impacts the overall customer experience.
Technical Requirements
- Experience in designing, building and debugging Flows, including screen, auto launched, and scheduled Flows with knowledge of error handling and optimising Flows will be highly regarded.
- Hands on experience with version control, branching and metadata deployments, and exposure and/or hands on experience with Vlocity/OmniStudio.
- Works within an Agile delivery methodology.
- Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
